I want to share with you a strategy I use for myself and one that I remind my clients about. We have also added it into the 30-Day Happiness Challenge since it has such a high RETURN ON INVESTMENT (ROI). When something only takes a minute but profoundly affects your day and your brain, it is time to use it.
This is something you can use IMMEDIATELY after you finish listening to the Podcast. And if it does not make you feeling immediately better, and lingers, I will give you your money back. 😉
Have a fantastic day!!
And if you have any questions head over to my Facebook Page or send me an email via my website: http://carlmassy.com.
Listen to special guest Kylie Ryan (My Mind Coach & Goddess Body Quest) and myself (Carl Massy) as we share some of our most powerful relationship tips, from coaching 100’s of different clients between us.
This is not only highly informative when it comes to improving your relationship (or getting a high quality one) it is also a lot of fun. We had fun recording it, and I know you will have fun listening to it. PLUS you will be learning some great distinctions along the way.
As Tony Robbins said, the quality of our lives is directly proportional to the quality of relationships we have in our lives.
Fun. Practical. Applicable. Useful today.

In this weeks Happiness Class, I start the first of 6 episodes, where I look at the 6 Pillars to Optimum Health – which is the basis of my next book.
This week we start with physical activity. But being the strategist I am, I am about finding an ‘exercise system’ that is not just great for the body, but ticks several other boxes too. So enter yoga, and enter right behind a great yoga instructor in the form of Octavio Salvado; not only an amazing yoga instructor, but a true advocate and student of the science of yoga.
In this interview Octavio shares with us how his journey started and then teaches us the ‘more’ that comes with practicing yoga. What else it provides us with. And finally Octavio shares with us his Top 3 Happiness Tips. One in particular really resonated with me. And his last words were a parting message for the other dudes out there. I hope you enjoy.
Octavio Salvado runs group yoga classes, private sessions and also amazing workshops at Desa Seni in Bali. If you are in town, check him out.
Damo and I were really lucky today because we got to interview The Bucket List Guy – also known as Travis Bell. Travis, or Trav as her prefers (like Damo) is teaching people not only how to create a Bucket List, but to start living life more fully right now by reaching into that bucket list and making it happen before it’s too late. In his programs, he really is creating an environment where people step into a field of possibility, to change their lives.
So here is Trav’s official bio:
Travis (Trav) Bell is passionate about motivating people to help them reach their true potential. Trav has always been fascinated with the difference that makes the difference in peoples lives and loves seeing people achieve things in their life that they never thought possible.
For as long as he can remember he’s had a Bucket List & it has been his life’s mission to continually add to it & cross things off it.
As well as being ‘The Bucket List Guy’, Trav has been self-employed for over 17 years. He is the Founder of the New Level Personal Training Studios Group, a Professional Speaker, Life Strategist & Business Coach. He is also a Master Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Advanced Subconsious Reprogramming & Hypnosis & is an Internationally Recognized Performance Consultant. He has also co-authored the International Best Seller book ‘Millionaire Motivators’.
I hope you enjoy the interview as much as we enjoyed speaking to Trav. I also hope that one of the first things you do after listening to it, is to start shaping your own bucket list.
So here’s to onwards and upwards!
Today Damo & Carl got to interview the amazing Dr Darren Weissman. Dr D’s full bio follows, but what we want to say is that in summary, he is a super cool dude and in this interview with him, he not only shares the science on the relationship between the conscious and subconscious mind, but offers some amazing a-ha moments. Then rounds out the interview with an amazing session that will leave you feeling totally loved up (like we were). So sit back and listen to the deep wisdom and truths of this very cool individual.
Dr. Darren R. Weissman, the author of The Power of Infinite Love & Gratitude, is the developer of The LifeLine Technique, an advanced holistic system that releases subconscious emotions and patterns that lead to symptoms or stress. The LifeLine Technique integrates 14 modalities of natural healing into one unified system.
Darren earned his B.S. degree in human biology at the University of Kansas, and his doctorate in chiropractic medicine at the National College of Chiropractic. He received additional intensive training in acupuncture, homeopathy, and other forms of energy medicine in Sri Lanka. Darren’s other postgraduate studies have included Applied Kinesiology (AK), Total Body Modification (TBM), Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Neuro Modulation Technique (NMT), Chinese energetic medicine, natural healing, and many other forms of energy healing.

I was recently asked a great question by a listener in the USA.
Destiny asked me: “I was going to ask if possible, can he please cover things about the ego, and how to get rid of our egos to increase happiness. Thank you ”
So in this Strategic Happiness Podcast, I answer Destinty’s question about how you can tame this seemingly out of control thing called the ‘Ego’ in order to increase your level of happiness.
If you have a question you would like to ask, just go to http://www.strategichappiness.com and leave your question on the contact form or connect with me on Facebook.
Have an awesome day!

I have travelled to over 50 countries. I have worked and travelled all over the world and one of the things that I have come to realise as essential to having the best experience, getting there economically, avoiding the dangers or average options and knowing the sites at a deeper level; is a good quality guidebook.
A guidebook where someone else has gone before you and already determined for you ‘yes try that’, ‘definitely avoid that’, and ‘this is just awesome!’. I figured that the same would not only be pretty handy for how to journey towards and experience happiness, but would be absolutely essential reading. Stuff making the same mistakes, or going through life never knowing what the secrets where that someone else learned 20 years ago.
In this podcast I introduce you to some of the material in my soon to be released book, The Guidebook to Happiness: Don’t leave your happiness to chance. 21 Chapters. 21 need-to-know topics. Packed with Tips, tools and strategies.
Also get a FREE copy of Chapter 1: It all starts in the mind when you go to The Guidebook to Happiness. ENJOY and thanks for giving me a reason to write and share.
