False Idols, Prophets, Super Novas & Creative Genius

Hiya,

This podcast is a result of the calling I believe we are being asked to step into individually, to support the collective.

I talk about where we put our attention (remembering that where our attention goes, energy flows), and how I believe we are being asked to tap into a deeper personal power.

And as always, I share my observation and interpretation, and then talk about how to enact this in a very practical way, which will definitely lead to a greater life expression, experience and fulfillment.

Do enjoy.
Also if you haven’t already, make sure you pick up a copy of ‘Decision Making Mastery’, which is now available through Amazon.

Have a super day.
Cheers

Why You Need to Power Up Your Intuitive Intelligence and How

Hiya,

In this week’s podcast I talk about a subject that came to my attention while reading a book recently. It was talking about the difference between ‘Intellectual Intelligence’ and ‘INTUITIVE Intelligence’.

I share my perspectives on each, but then share my hypothesis on not only how important intuitive intelligence is for successfully navigating your way through life, but how I think it is at an all time low due to schooling, technology and lifestyle.

I also shared some of my travel stories, like the time there was this group in an alley in South America and one of them had a sawn-off shotgun. Eeeek!! PS: I survived. 😉

Enjoy the episode.

Make sure you join up to my Newsletter, and also check out my latest book: Decision Making Mastery. Available at Amazon as a Kindle or Paperback.

Have a fantastic day.
Take care

Are you Using the Right Metric to Measure Your Success

metricHiya,

This podcast episode is inspired by a client I was having a coaching session with yesterday. She is an elite athlete, and Olympic Gold medalist and we were talking about a new project of hers, which she is super excited about.

And in the discussion we got to talking about ‘money’ and the measure of success in her new project.

I think people understand at an ‘intellectual’ level that money is not the only or even best measure of success, but it is harder to integrate that intellectual knowing.

So I talk about what are the other measures of success, and why me might be getting called to pay more attention to them now (in 2021) and less attention to the measure of money.

It aligns with the essence of my 3rd book – The Guidebook to Authentic Success‘.

I hope you enjoy the episode and please share and like if it resonated.

Have a great day too.
Take care

If We Think Something Will Be Easy We Are LESS Likely to Succeed

easyHiya,

Today I share some research outlined by Heidi Grant Halvorson (Ph.D.) in her book ‘Succeed’ which suggested that if we think that something will be easy, we are more likely to fail at it. Find out why.

Then I relate this to a core message I have as we step into 2021 – this being my first podcast of the new year.

I want to set you up for success. So listen into my tips and strategies and set yourself up for Success.

I also mention my 6-month Coaching Program (Consolidation to Break Through). If you would like to find out more details go here.

There are only a few places still remaining.

Wishing you all the very best for the new year and if you ever need a helping hand don’t hesitate to get in touch. I love to help people figure stuff out. 😉

Take care

A (Common) Impediment to Owning Your Power

fight backHiya,

I start off the podcast being a little non politically correct and tell you what I really think about the elephant in the room, which has disrupted a lot of peoples power (in my observation).

I talk about the ‘problem’ as I see it, and then ways we can work to build up our personal power, which is needed more than ever in this crazy, unstable world we live in.

I hope you take away something to work on as a result of listening this this podcast and as always if you have any questions reach out via my website.

Also if you would like to join me and 7 other global individuals for 6-months support and coaching, check out my 2021 program, as there are still a couple of places left (at the time of this writing), for more info click here.

Have a super day and a great week.
Take care

Exploring The Key Components of Critical Thinking

thinkingHiya,

2020. What a year.
Here is a question for you? Did you observe any really bad decision-making over 2020?
I am sure you have your hand up (as well).

Given that I spent 2020 writing my 5th book, specifically focused on Decision-Making Mastery, I got to understand at an even deeper level the role and asscoiation with Critical Thinking, which is a key component to making awesome decisions.

I found that there was one key component that was often missed, which is a component that adds a high level of quality to the outcomes from decision-making.

It is a component that is not only missed – most often – but is like a muscle we don’t work out enough. Without this muscle, we will never be at our best when it comes to making high impact quality decisions.

Enjoy the podcast and if you want to work with me in 2021, and 7 other awesome individuals, join us for Consolidation to Break Through for 6-months of group and individual coaching.

All the details are here.

Have a great day and take care.

The (Often Missed) Downside of Adaptability

adaptableHiya,

So…adaptability is pretty awesome; when used in the appropriate situation.

However, like most behaviours and traits they don’t work in a positive way 100% of the time. There are times where a good behaviour in one situation is a VERY BAD choice in another situation.

I have found that most people are unconscious of the downside of adaptability and when they are ineffectively using it in their lives.

That is, they are creating an unfavourable life experience.

In this podcast I also talk about a very impactful realisation from a recent coaching client, when it comes to ‘feeling a void’ when it comes to relationships. You will get some great insights from that observation.

If you like the podcast, I would LOVE for you to share it with someone else, so we can together make the world a more joyful place. 😉

Also I am opening up the registration for my (2021) 6-month, group coaching program called Consolidation to Break Through. 8 awesome individuals. A mix of group work and 1-on-1 coaching sessions. The coaching can be personal, business, or a combination. Check it out.

Have a super day.
Take care

Why Reading is a Superpower + Talking about The 4 Agreements

booksHiya,

I start off this podcast talking about why I think reading (in particular Non-Fiction) books is a superpower, when it comes to seeing the bigger picture.

It also allows for greater creative insights, and also being able to detect and deflect BS. It is much harder for someone to BS their was through a book that takes 8hrs to read.

I am also asked often about my favourite books. One of the best a simple but highly impactful book called The Four Agreements by Don Migual Ruiz (on Toltec wisdom).

If you committed to these 4 agreements, your like is likely yo take a dramatic shift for the good. That is, less stress and more joy.

I also talked about a book list I would post. Go to this link for the (long) list.

At the end I talk about an exclusive 6-month Coaching Program that I run each year for 8 lucky individuals. It is called ‘Consolidation to Break Through‘. Spots fill quickly and I will be advertising it more broadly soon, so get in touch now.

Have a super day and take care.
