Guided Meditation: Relax and Release (That Which does not Serve You)

Today’s episode is one of my favourites, as I love helping you with the inner work. Creating peace, harmony, and joy from the inside out.

When we do the inner work it changes our perception and interrelationship with the outside world and everything in it. If we see through a different lens of perception, we see a different worldview. One that causes us to feel awe, wonder, and love for life.

Today’s guided meditation is a bit over 20 mins long, and is focused on relaxing and releasing anything and everything that no longer serves you.

You will feel lighter and brighter after this meditation, but don’t take my work for it, see for yourself.

Guided Meditation: Fanning the Flames of Courage

This weeks LIFE MASTERCLASS Podcast is the monthly Guided Meditation.

The aim (for me) for a guided meditation is to bring the right messages into my mind, at a deeper level. Because the meditation helps you to deeply relax, you also relax the part of your mind which is more critical, more judging, and less flexible.

This months guided meditation is called ‘fanning the flames of courage’ as I believe it is with courage that we can actually create and design a life that is in alignment with our desires and of our choosing.

For me COURAGE trumps confidence every time.

The more courage you can draw on, and dip into, the more unstoppable you become. It allows you to break through other peoples limitations on you, to step into the unknown, to create something you have never created before and to truly live life on your terms.

I have been full-time Coaching now for about 13 years, and in that time have worked with 100’s of people from lots of different walks of life and in lots of different personal situations.

But one thing is common to them all.

They all have the power to ‘choose’ what meaning they give to a particular event.

The problem is that most people don’t know about the power that resides within their hands and within their reach.

In this podcast I explain this in more detail and then I teach you how to use this new understanding to your benefit.

When you master this, you may well have mastered life. You have certainly got a much better ability to influence your emotions and their physiological impacts.

This is a dialogue to the deeper parts of your being and at a very practical level, a chance for you to deeply relax, so your body can do what it does best…rejuvenation and regeneration of the cells within your body.

When we deeply connect with and pay attention to our breath it really has the power to move us. It connects us to something bigger than ourselves and really grounds us in the present moment. In addition it does wonderful for managing the nervous system, and helping you influence your autonomic nervous system.

Guided Meditation – Choosing Freedom

Every 4 weeks I record a guided meditation with a different theme to it.

The benefit of a guided meditation is that it allows a deeper conversation to land without (or with less) interference from the critical and analytical mind.

When you get very relaxed you are more open to receiving the messages that are key for your growth and evolution. They also wake up a part of you that has access to a deeper level of wisdom and knowing.

Creating Real Space, for Real Magic in Your Life

magicLife is usually pretty busy for us all. We have priorities back to back. We jump from one thing to the next, hardly taking a breath.

But what would happen if you did take a breath?
What would happen if you actually took a step backwards, and created some space to let some good old fashioned magic into your life?

Now I am not talking the woowoo type of magic. I am talking about the magic that all our powerful brains are capable of when we use them effectively.

Often the magic our minds are capable of doesn’t get utilized. What a crime!!

So time for some super practical advice on how to create more magic in your life.
