Welcome to today’s podcast which is about how to experience more inner peace by using a simple practical technique.

As always I want to share with you practical tips, tools and strategies in order for you to have a more fulfilling and meaningful experience in this game of life.

In the podcast I mention a system that I am trialing at the moment based on the work of Dr Alex Loyd PhD, ND and his technique called The Healing Codes (he has a book called ‘The Healing Code’).

As always the technique I suggest is easy to learn and to do. But as a wise man once said, what is easy to do is also easy not to do. Please give it a shot and see how it makes you feel.
