I remember thinking at the beginning of this challenge how would I be able to change in just over 30 days from a stressed out unhappy mess to a calm happy positive OPTIMISTIC  person. The truth is I have and I am simply amazed at how introducing small changes on a daily basis can make such a massive impact on my life. This new level of self awareness and overall happiness I am experiencing now is awesome.  Energised, happy, calm (that’s a big one for me) and a feeling that I can really acheive anything I set my mind to.  I now have the tools to move forward through my life better able to deal with whatever life and the Universe throws at me.  What we have inside our heads is a huge powerhouse of untapped ability and potential and I’m really excited to keep working toward by better authentic self.  There is no better investment than the one I will continue to make in myself. What a significant the last 30 days for me. I knew that I was generally a happier person, knew a little bit more, understood a little more about my own physical & emotional state and the factors affecting it. But, a combination of two light-bulb moments have cemented my belief that I have changed and that I am capable of further change. The first was the completion of the Day 30 column on the ‘What Level Are You?’ worksheet – that highlighted where I was and how I have definitely made a transition. And the second and most important one for me is that my Wife, friends and family are making unsolicited comments about how much happier I am, my clarity of mind and even my physical appearance. I am extremely happy that I’ve completed the challenge and send a big THANK YOU to you for believing in what you’re doing and developing the program. I honestly believe that many people will experience massive transformation in their lives.

I used to have a belief that I needed to be “liked by everyone”?  Well, it’s completely gone. There was a time when certain people made me feel really uncomfortable everytime I saw them, well that feeling has completely gone, and we are now great friends! I used the ritual you taught me, about grabbing hold of my thumb and remembering a time I felt completely confident, whilst saying in my head “I don’t need to be liked by anybody”, and it worked! After meeting Carl Massy in Bali, I elected to begin the 30 day happiness challenge in January 2011. To be honest I was a little skeptical, how could I go from a one out of ten, to being my best self in thirty days. But the magic worked. I can honestly say at one point during the challenge I was the happiest I have been in 20 years, and found myself almost high on the awe of life and the blessings and possibilities available for me. I learn’t so much from the challenge the list is very long, however during the thirty days something nothing short of a miracle occurred.

Amazing program! Simple & incredibly effective. I got a major happiness boost with simple ways to increase the amount of pure joy I experience every day. I adopted a vegan diet (during 30 Day Challenge) and then vegetarian. I started doing yoga, surfing and running barefoot on the beach consistently, a feat that eluded me for 18 years. I have never felt healthier or better. I highly recommend the program!
