TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Refund Policy (ONLINE Version):

• If you purchase the Online version, and find it did not meet your expectations or needs (preferably after applying yourself to the content and not just downloading the content), you can request a full 100% refund, up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

Refund Policy (LIVE EVENTS):

• If an attendee wishes to cancel their ticket to attend the LIFE MASTERCLASS up to 30 days prior, he/she will receive a refund of the workshop fee, less $50.
• If an attendee wishes to cancel their ticket to attend the LIFE MASTERCLASS up to 14 days prior, he/she will receive a 50% refund of the workshop fee.
• If an attendee wishes to cancel their ticket to attend the LIFE MASTERCLASS less than 14 days prior, there will be no refund of the workshop fee.
• Carl Massy reserves the right to cancel any event if necessary. In the unlikely event that this occurs, a FULL refund of all workshop fees will be returned to the attendees. This does not include the costs associated with flights, transfers or transfer flights, or any other costs that may have incurred.
